Job Title: BIM ManagerLocation: Head Office – Airoli, New MumbaiVacancies: 1About the Role:We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead our digital construction initiatives and design management processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM operations and a strong background in managing complex projects across multiple sectors.Key Responsibilities:Lead BIM implementation, standards, and workflows across all projects.Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.Oversee digital construction processes, 3D modeling, and clash detection.Mentor and manage BIM team members, ensuring skill development and adoption of best practices.Support project coordination, documentation, and compliance with international design standards.Drive innovation through adoption of new digital tools and technologies.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.15+ years of experience in design management, BIM operations, or digital construction leadership.Exposure to international projects is highly preferred, particularly in residential, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, museum, or commercial sectors.Skills & Competencies:Expertise in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.) and project coordination tools.Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.Proven ability to implement BIM standards and digital construction workflows.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
