About RenewURenewU is a fast-growing, women-first wellness ecosystem co-founded by Sameera Reddy and Ashwyn Barreto.What started as a transformation program has now evolved into a community of 5,000+ women, built around a simple but powerful idea:Wellness is not just physical, it’s mental, emotional, and deeply personal.Through our Inner Circle, Reset programs, and expert-led sessions, we are creating a space where women can:Build strength (physically and mentally)Develop self-awarenessFeel seen, heard, and supportedOur community is not driven by trends or quick fixes.It is built on real conversations, consistent habits, and long-term transformation.We are now actively strengthening our Mental Wellness pillar (Mindful Living) — a space designed to help women reflect, express, and build emotional resilience through structured prompts, journaling, and safe conversations.This is where you come in.What This Role Really IsThis is not a typical internship.Your role is to drive reflection, participation, and behavior change within the Mindful Living community.You are not here to just manage conversations.You are here to help women pause, think, express, and act.What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Community Facilitation (Across All Chapters)Lead the Mindful Living groups across Inner Circle chaptersDrive safe, meaningful, and engaging conversationsEnsure members feel heard, comfortable, and not judgedRespond to member messages with empathy, clarity, and emotional awareness (not advice overload)2. Weekly Prompt & Engagement DesignEvery week, you will structure engagement through:Minimum 3 prompts per week:1 Light reflection (easy to answer)1 Deep reflection (emotional awareness)1 Action-based nudge (behavior shift)1 deeper discussion thread to encourage sharingThe goal is to move members from:Reading → Reflecting → Responding → Repeating3. Behavioral Change (Core Focus)Help members build consistency in:JournalingSelf-reflectionEmotional awarenessDesign:Weekly nudgesSmall habit loopsParticipation triggersThis is a behavior change role, not just a communication role.4. Mental Health Journal DevelopmentContribute to improving the RenewU Mental Wellness JournalHelp refine:Question framingEmotional depthAccessibilitySupport the long-term goal of making journaling a natural habit for members5. Insight-Led Content Support (Internal)Identify real member struggles and patternsCreate simple, relatable content for the community such as:Reflection postsShort insightsPrompt-based learningNo generic content. Only what’s real and relevant.6.
