Role Description Ratan Industries Ltd. is seeking a qualified Manager/Sr. Manager Quality Control for a full-time, on-site role located at our Nehru Place facility. The individual will oversee quality assurance and control operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality policies, managing audits and inspections, analyzing defects, conducting root cause analysis, and maintaining systematic documentation. The role also involves leading a team, coordinating with production departments, and ensuring consistent improvement in product quality. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 14000Proficiency in defect analysis, root cause identification, and formulating corrective action plansExperience managing and leading a quality control teamStrong skills in documentation, audits, and process compliance evaluationsFamiliarity with international metal grades such as ASTM, DIN, EN, BS, and JISExpertise in operating and troubleshooting precision CNC machines and advanced molding equipmentStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Industrial EngineeringPrevious experience in the Iron and Steel casting industry or a related field is preferred
