They're sophisticated people who expect substance, and that's exactly what we bring.The OpportunityThis is a first-of-its-kind role at Privado AI. We're building a demand generation function from scratch, and the person stepping into this seat gets to define what it looks like.Our pipeline today runs through webinars, field events, and outbound. All three are producing. Digital campaigns beyond webinar promotion are largely untested, and there's real room to build and experiment across those channels.You'll own the pipeline number from the top of the funnel down. You'll plan the webinar, write the promotional email, set up the LinkedIn campaign, check conversion on day three, and adjust. You'll work closely with our Product Marketing Manager, and you'll move with them, not wait on them.If you've built a demand gen engine from scratch before and can show us what it produced, we'd love to talk.What You'll Own:Outbound and ABM programs: Design and run multi-touch outbound campaigns targeting privacy, legal, and engineering personas at mid-market and enterprise accounts. Own the ICP definition in collaboration with Sales, build account lists, write the sequences, test the messaging, and iterate until response rates move. You'll know your numbers at every stage.Webinar program: End-to-end ownership of Privado's webinar series, including speaker sourcing, content planning, promotional sequencing across email and LinkedIn, landing page copy, and post-event nurture. Our speakers come from law firms, Big Four consulting practices, and privacy advocacy organizations. You'll need to be credible enough to recruit them and brief them well.Digital campaigns: Plan and run paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google for our core product lines, including Web Auditor, App Auditor, Data Mapping, and Agentic Assessments. You'll design the experiments, set the budgets, read the results, and make the next call.Content marketing: Manage a content calendar along with PMM, brief and edit freelancers, write LinkedIn posts and short-form content, and ensure everything that ships reflects the quality and specificity our audience expects. You'll have a strong point of view on what's worth publishing.Funnel analysis: Own the MQL-to-pipeline metrics, understand where leads are converting and where they're leaking, and translate that into concrete program decisions. You'll bring numbers to every conversation.What We're Looking ForYou bring 5 to 8 years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS, with meaningful exposure to mid-market or enterprise segments.You've personally owned a pipeline number and can walk us through exactly what drove it.You've run outbound programs and ABM campaigns hands-on. You've written the copy, built the sequences, tracked the response rates, and made the call on what to scale and what to move on from. You understand what a tight ICP looks like and what it costs when it's loose.You're comfortable building and executing with limited manpower.You identify what matters, move fast, and course-correct with data.You've managed freelancers, worked with designers, and produced content that served a commercial purpose.The privacy and legal technology space rewards credibility. Our buyers are sophisticated and have a low tolerance for generic marketing. You'll develop genuine fluency in the space quickly and bring enough intellectual curiosity to earn the trust of the practitioners we work with. Experience marketing to technical or legal audiences is a real advantage, and if you haven't done it before, we'd want to hear how you've navigated unfamiliar territory and come out credible on the other side.Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or comparable tooling is expected. Comfort reading data and building dashboards is something we'll rely on from day one.What Success Looks Like in 90 DaysYou've taken full ownership of the outbound motion and the webinar program.You've shipped at least one paid campaign experiment and have a clear read on what's working.Your PMM is checking in occasionally, the way a collaborator does.You know the MQL number, you know what's driving it, and you know where it needs work.What We OfferWe offer competitive salary and meaningful equity.
