Role & responsibilities Design, Planning & Coordination:1. Directing the creation of designs, conceptual & schematic Master Planning, Architectural & Interior Design Development and Detailing & GFC Coordination and freezing the technical specifications.2. Design Development and detailing for High end Residential, Affordable Residential, Commercial buildings & Redevelopment projects.3. Coordination with various Local and International Consultants for Architecture, Interior, Structural, MEP, Facade, Landscape Architects to ascertain project requisites & project timelines.4. Lead with site Team & Consultant for Concept, schematic, DD & GFC stage.5. Drafting feasibility Given By HOD.6. Ratify areas (Construction Area, RERA Area, MOFA Area, FSI Area, Project Ratio).7. Leading and managing an architecture team, developing and implementing architectural strategies, and ensuring projects are aligned with business goals and technical standards. 8. Maintain & update SOP formats. Project Management & Relationship Management: 1. To conduct compliance inspections, site visits for the purpose of obtaining observations of the project, to determine the feasibility of proposed architectural changes, as required. 2. Resolving design-related issues and troubles, on site problems in mutual co- ordination with Project Architects & Consultants. 3. Developing effective understanding & relations and coordination of design services. Documentation & Presentations: 1. Developing presentations for various stakeholders. 2. Preparation of feasibility reports and drawings. Other Important Skills:1. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and evaluate design options. 2.
