Next Step HR is hiring a Head Of Pricing for a globally established diamond manufacturing company with presence in 18+ countries, headquartered in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. The company specializes in sourcing, manufacturing, and distributing high-quality natural diamonds to international markets and leading jewelry houses.Role Overview:The Head of Pricing will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s global pricing strategy for polished diamonds. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, and an understanding of international diamond markets to ensure competitive, profitable, and market-aligned pricing across regions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement global pricing strategies for polished diamonds across multiple markets.Analyze market trends, Rapaport pricing, demand-supply dynamics, and competitor pricing to maintain competitive positioning.Work closely with sales, manufacturing, procurement, and leadership teams to optimize pricing structures and margins.Lead price evaluation and approval processes for large or strategic orders.Build and maintain pricing models and frameworks aligned with profitability goals.Monitor inventory positioning and stock movement to support strategic pricingdecisions.Provide market intelligence and pricing insights to leadership for strategic planning.Ensure pricing policies are consistently implemented across international sales teams and offices.Manage the pricing / analytics team.Key Requirements:8–15+ years of experience in diamond manufacturing, trading, or pricing functions.Strong understanding of natural diamond pricing structures, Rapaport sheets, and international market dynamics.Experience working with global B2B diamond markets and large inventory portfolios.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Strong communication and strategic thinking abilities.Preferred Background:Experience with leading diamond manufacturers or exporters.Exposure to US, European, Middle East, and Asian diamond markets.Location: BKC, Mumbai (Onsite)Industry: Natural Diamonds / Diamond Manufacturing Experience Required: 8–15+ yearsReporting To: Senior Leadership Team
