Organisation ImperativesJob Description:1.Program & Project Delivery ExcellenceLead complete lifecycle management of aerospace programs—from requirement capture, proposal, NPI, development, production, to delivery.Ensure adherence to contractual timelines, specifications, cost targets, and quality requirements.Implement robust project planning tools, methodologies, standard work, and governance metrics.Build and mentor a project management team with strong technical & PM skills2. Customer & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary interface with key aerospace customers (e.g., OEMs, Defence agencies).Build strong relationships, manage reviews, negotiations, and effectively address escalations.Ensure alignment with internal leaders in Manufacturing, Quality, SCM, Engineering & Finance.Strong customer interfacing skills, particularly with global aerospace OEMs.3.
