We are seeking a visionary leader ready to build and scale an Aftermarket business from the ground up. This is a strategic role to shape the future of After-Sales Operations for a fast-growing, ₹2000 Cr Automotive Tier 1 client of ours.About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned P&L Leader for the After Sales Business Vertical to establish, lead, and scale our end-to-end aftermarket business. This role will be instrumental in building strategy, setting up operations, and driving digital transformation across service, spares, and customer engagement ecosystems—while owning full P&L accountability and the complete value chain across sales, operations, warehousing, and logistics.Key Responsibilities:Build the Aftermarket & After Sales business from scratch, including strategy, processes, and execution roadmapOwn complete P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustained profitabilityLead and scale Aftermarket Sales, including pricing strategies, channel expansion, and margin improvementDevelop and manage a strong network of Dealers, Distributors, and Workshops across regionsDrive end-to-end operations excellence, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and service qualityEstablish and optimize warehousing and inventory management systems, including demand planning and stock optimizationDesign and implement efficient logistics and distribution networks to ensure availability and faster turnaroundDrive profitability improvement initiatives across supply chain, operations, and channel performanceLead digital transformation initiatives, including implementation of Digital platforms, Automation of service operations, and data-driven decision-makingBuild robust spare parts supply chain and distribution systemsDesign and implement customer experience and retention strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Product, IT, Finance) for seamless executionBuild and mentor a high-performing after-sales organization.Candidate Profile:20+ years of experience in Automotive After Sales / Aftermarket functionsProven track record of building or scaling aftermarket businesses with full P&L ownershipStrong experience in driving revenue growth and profitability improvementDeep exposure to dealer/distributor ecosystem, workshop management, and channel developmentHands-on experience in sales, operations, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain managementExperience in both Passenger Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle segmentsStrong exposure to digital platforms and leading Automation initiativesDemonstrated success in digitalization, process transformation, and data-driven decision-makingStrategic thinker with strong execution capabilitiesExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
