Job Description

Role Summary: We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive, and relationship-driven sales professional to join our VaaS Business Development team in Bangalore. This role focuses on acquiring and expanding corporate accounts by deploying our Chai Point brewing systems and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) across large office spaces and institutions. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new corporate clients for the VaaS product portfolio (myChai™ brewers, CPG, etc.)Prospect potential leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platformsManage and expand the network of channel partners: appoint, nurture, and drive performancePresent customized product and pricing proposals to key decision-makersEnsure successful deployment, activation, and retention of acquired accountsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and marketing teamsTrack, monitor, and report sales performance and pipeline health regularlyParticipate in corporate exhibitions, conferences, and roadshows on behalf of the brand Stay updated on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategiesWhat You Bring: 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in tangible product categories (FMCG, office supplies, vending solutions, etc.)Proven experience with channel partner management, lead generation, and closuresStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written) Hands-on approach to cold calling, lead qualification, and on-ground sales execution Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field-based salesExcellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilitiesWhat’s In It For You: Direct exposure to leadership teams of leading corporates across industriesUnlimited incentive earning potential – no cap!
