Our flagship product, Enjo.ai, helps large enterprises automate employee and customer support using AI.The RoleTroopr is hiring its first Content Marketer / Copywriter to work closely with the Head of GTM/Growth and build a scalable, content-led SEO engine. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced startup environment where you will help define how content drives growth.This is an AI-first content role. You will use and help set up agentic AI systems to automate parts of the content workflow - research, analysis, briefs, drafting support, optimization, and publishing ops - while ensuring clear human judgment, high-quality inputs, and strong editorial feedback loops throughout.What You’ll DoUnderstand the product, audience, and positioning quicklyAnalyze competitor content strategies and identify content gapsConduct keyword research and build an initial SEO content backlogWrite and publish 4–6 SEO-focused blog posts in the first 30 days, then consistently publish 2–3 high-quality posts per weekCreate content targeting high-intent search queries with strong on-page SEO fundamentalsSet up and manage AI-assisted / agentic content workflows with clear human review and quality controlEstablish a repeatable research, writing, and optimization processMonitor performance, improve existing content based on insights, and expand the content pipeline over timeWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or copywritingStrong understanding of how SEO content works and how blogs rank on search enginesExperience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimizationAbility to consistently deliver high-quality content at speed without compromising qualityStrong familiarity with AI tools and a practical mindset for building AI-first workflows with human oversightHands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Surfer SEO/Clearscope, and AI tools like ChatGPT or similarWhy This Role MattersYou will help build the organic acquisition engine for a fast-moving AI SaaS company, with direct ownership of outcomes and room to grow quickly.How to ApplySend us examples of your work and links to published articles or your portfolio at Candidates whose content ranks on Google or appears in LLM-generated responses will be strongly preferred.
