The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international shipping, export documentation, freight negotiation, and coordination with logistics partners.Key Responsibilities:1. Manage and coordinate international shipments (majorly exports)2. Ensure timely documentation and compliance with export regulations3. Negotiate freight rates and manage relationships with logistics partners (freight forwarders, CHA, etc.)4. Monitor dispatch schedules and resolve bottlenecks5. Optimize logistics costs while ensuring on-time deliveriesRequirements:1. 4-5 years of experience in export logistics or supply chain roles in a B2B setup2. Strong understanding of international shipping, export documentation, and freight negotiation3. Proficiency in handling sea and air shipments4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills5.
