This is a customer-facing role for individuals with excellent styling sense, luxury retail etiquette, and the ability to deliver high-quality customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving Sales:Actively work towards achieving individual and store sales targetsUtilize effective sales techniques to maximize sales opportunitiesEngage with customers in a friendly and professional mannerUnderstand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized product & styling recommendationsMaintain thorough knowledge of all products and collections (including new arrivals & seasonal collections)Track and strive to improve key sales KPIs – AOV, UPT, Conversion RatesCustomer Experience:Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously upon arrivalGuide customers throughout their shopping journey, from inquiry to final purchaseEnsure fitting rooms are clean and readyAssist with try-ons, fit, and stylingMaintain a welcoming store environment with the right music, fragrance, and temperatureEnsure a smooth and pleasant checkout and packaging experience, reflecting the brand’s luxury imageProduct Feedback:Gather specific customer feedback and relay to store managerStay updated on fashion trends and customer preferences to guide product recommendationsVisual Merchandising:Maintain visually appealing and organized product displays per VM guidelinesAssist with window display updates to reflect collections and promotionsInventory Management:Monitor and replenish stock levels on the shop floorAssist in receiving, ironing, and displaying new inventoryKeep the stockroom organized for easy retrievalStore Uniform & Grooming:Follow the brand’s uniform and grooming standardsMaintain personal presentation that reflects the luxury positioning of AMPMTeam Collaboration:Collaborate with fellow stylists and share responsibility for store performanceAttend regular training and team meetings on products, styling, and store policiesStore Operations:Assist in store opening and closing proceduresFollow proper cash handling protocols (Storage & Deposit)Maintain cleanliness and organization per daily checklistsWho Should Apply1–5 years experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retailStrong communication and styling skillsWell-groomed and customer-service oriented
