Key Responsibilities:Identify high-footfall zones and potential target areas for outreach.Onboard and train professional partners for the new business line.Drive local partnerships and collaborations to boost visibility and walk-ins.Execute on-ground campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.Explore opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency.Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for better results.What We're Looking For:6 months to 3 years of experience in field operations, on-ground marketing, or field sales.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Previous experience in BTL marketing, local outreach, or similar roles is an advantage.Note:Only candidates who graduated between 2022 and 2024 and have a minimum of 1 year of experience are eligible to apply.
