Responsibilities, but not limited to:• Supervise and review the preparation of the following:o Bank recso Bill payment processo Depositing and coding of receipts o Payroll process and payroll entities o Credit card expense analysiso Client cash basis monthly financial statements and/or cash flow reportso Processing of medical claims• Maintain general ledgers for all client entities (“tax return ready books”); this includes making year-end adjusting accrual entries• Enter investment activity into general ledger• Maintain a calendar of deadlines such as life insurance premiums, real estate taxes, etc.• Preparation of central withholding agreements for tours• Preparation of tour accounting budgets, settlement reports• Preparation of and review of annual 1099’s• Initial preparation of basic investment analysis reports• Preparation of more complex personal, trust, corporate tax returns• Understand concepts of client’s insurance plan relating to home, vehicles, overall liability, etc.• Understands concepts of life, disability and long term care insurance• Become familiar with all benefits (medical and retirement) offered by Medicare, Social Security, DGA, SAG, WGA and any other applicable retirement planDesired Skills:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to supervise others while getting one’s work done• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills• Must be able to multi task• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, DataFaction, Microsoft Excel and Word• Strong attention to detailShift time: 6 PM to 3 AM
