As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our success by providing end-to-end ownership of projects and offering valuable expertise in SAP S/4 HANA. With your deep understanding of business processes and project implementation methodologies, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who can lead and mentor small teams, demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills, and thrive in a goal-oriented work environment.Responsibilities:Manage and own all aspects of technical development and deliveryUnderstand requirements and create Functional Specification documentsPlay a client-facing lead role as an individual contributorPossess SAP S/4 HANA Certification and relevant domain experienceEstimate efforts, identify risks, and provide technical supportMultitask and adapt to dynamic requirementsLead and mentor small-sized teamsInteract with customers, understand their needs, and propose solutionsCoordinate with the technical team on custom objectsContribute to competency building and knowledge sharingQualifications:12-15 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation, support, and rollout projectsDeep understanding of SAP MM and WM modules, including Shipping, Distribution, Batch Management, and Inventory ManagementExperience in SAP mobility solutions and working with SAP ECC 5.0 & 6.0 systemsKnowledge of SAP P2P processes, including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, and Delivery DocumentsFamiliarity with SAP WM, MM, and P2P configurations and end-to-end processesExperience in working with inbound/outbound/Manufacturing staging and cross-functional applicationsStrong understanding of master data management for WM, suppliers, materials, and service mastersAbility to work with various tools for issue recording, change request management, and testingDomain industry experience in Inventory Management and Warehouse management is an advantageExcellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a highly motivated team player attitude
