The role involves conducting research and development for new food and beverage products, performing sensory evaluations, and applying knowledge of food science and technology to innovate and optimize recipes. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful formulation, testing, and launch of products that adhere to industry standards and customer expectations.QualificationsProficiency in Food Science, Food Technology, and Food Recipe FormulationHands-on experience with Research and Development (R&D) and Research Development processesExpertise in Sensory Evaluation techniquesStrong skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectivelyBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related fieldExperience in food product development, and familiarity with food regulations and compliance, is an assetExcellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-department collaborationA proactive approach to innovation and a track record of contributing toward product success
