Role Brief:We are seeking an HR Operations Executive to streamline and manage HR processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting people initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Employee Lifecycle Management:Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation & inputs for BGV & insurance, attendance & leave management, etc.Assist in drafting and issuing employment documents.Payroll and Compliance:Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in collaboration with external consultants & finance team.Supporting on payroll related compliance registration & payments. (PF, ESIC, etc.)Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and policies.HR Systems and Analytics:Manage and update HRIS systems and employee databases.Generate accurate HR metrics, such as attendance, attrition, and engagement.Managing HR Lifecycle tools e.g. Insurance, BGV, travel desk, etc.Policy and Process Implementation:Own & drive adherence to company policies and ensure a consistent employee experience.Other Administrative Functions:Support the visa, travel, and relocation related process for employees if required.Assist in the preparation of HR reports. Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1-2 years of experience in HR operations / Payroll or a similar role.Strong understanding of payroll & compliance as per Indian Labour Laws.Proficient in MS Excel & HRIS systems.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.High level of energy, ownership of driving things end to end, confidentiality and integrity.
