Each collection reflects a balance of craftsmanship, creativity, and thoughtful design.RoleWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessories Designer to join our team at the Noida studio.This role will focus on conceptualizing and developing fine accessories and jewelry that complement the Dolly J aesthetic. The designer will work closely with the creative and production teams to translate ideas into beautifully crafted pieces that align with the brand’s vision of modern luxury.From research and concept development to product execution, the role requires a strong design sensibility and an appreciation for craftsmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop jewelry and fashion accessories aligned with the Dolly J design languageConduct trend and material research to inform new product developmentCollaborate with design, sampling, and production teams to ensure seamless executionTranslate concepts into sketches, prototypes, and final productsEnsure quality, craftsmanship, and brand consistency across all designsQualificationsDegree or diploma in Accessory Design, Jewelry Design, Product Design, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of accessory and jewelry designExperience in product design and developmentStrong research and trend awareness within fashion and accessoriesProficiency in relevant design software and toolsA refined aesthetic sensibility with an appreciation for Indian craftsmanship and modern luxuryPlease mail us your portfolio and resume at
