Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing user-centric digital experiences, particularly for security-focused products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our security dashboard, ensuring the highest level of usability and intuitiveness. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Wireframe Development: Create detailed wireframes to convey product design concepts and user flows. Ensure that wireframes meet the needs of the end user and the business objectives. UI Specifications: Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive UI specifications that guide the development team in implementing designs accurately. UI Library Specifications: Build and maintain a UI library to ensure consistency in design and speed up the design to development process. This library should also serve as a reference for product stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform product requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. Feedback Incorporation: Use feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to refine and iterate on designs. Usability Testing: Design and conduct usability tests to validate design solutions and iterate based on findings. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of UX trends, especially in the realm of security dashboards and tools, to ensure our product remains contemporary and competitive. Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. 3-4 years of UX design experience, preferably with a focus on security-focused products. Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, UI specifications, and UI library development. Experience using tools such as [Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.]. Experience designing security dashboards is a significant plus. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
