The intern will play a key role in candidate acquisition and sales conversions, especially for overseas blue-collar job opportunities.The role involves interacting with candidates, understanding their job requirements, and guiding them through international job placements and visa processes.Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with potential candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and social mediaExplain overseas job opportunities (Gulf & Europe – blue-collar roles)Handle candidate inquiries related to work visas, job roles, salary, and relocationMaintain and update lead data in CRM/Google SheetsFollow up with interested candidates and convert leads into applicantsAssist candidates throughout the recruitment and documentation processCoordinate interviews and support onboarding of selected candidatesConduct basic market research to identify new hiring trends and candidate poolsEnsure candidates are well-informed about job conditions (work environment, climate, etc.)Support the sales team in achieving monthly targetsQualificationsStrong communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in handling calls and conversionsUnderstanding of immigration processes, visas, and overseas employment (basic knowledge is a plus)Ability to handle blue-collar workforce interactions professionally and empatheticallyBasic knowledge of MS Excel / Google SheetsGood research and data-handling skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple leadsBachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)Who Should ApplyCandidates interested in sales, recruitment, or international business
