The Caseworker will manage individual client cases, provide support, and ensure accurate and efficient processing of immigration-related documentation. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining detailed case files, offering sound advice to clients, collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate client needs, and ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Caseworker will also advocate for clients and help address challenges they may face during the immigration process.QualificationsExperience working across a variety of immigration applications and streams • Exposure to Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) across different provinces • Experience handling open work permits, including spousal and vulnerable worker applications • Familiarity with LMIA-based applications and employer-driven processes • Working knowledge of Express Entry system and IRCC online portals Ability to manage multiple file types efficiently in a fast-paced environment
