Motion Graphics Expert(Video Animation & Motion Designer)About the RoleWe are looking for a Motion Graphics Expert to bring our educational and product content to life through engaging animations and visual storytelling. You will transform scripts, concepts, and static designs into high-quality animated videos, explainers, and app visuals that are clear, warm, and engaging for parents.This role requires both creative storytelling and strong technical execution in motion design.Key ResponsibilitiesMotion Design & AnimationCreate 2D motion graphics and animated videos for educational content, marketing campaigns, and product explainers.Animate illustrations, icons, typography, and characters to create engaging visual stories.Design short explainer videos, reels, and social media animations.Video Production SupportEdit videos and integrate motion graphics overlays, titles, transitions, and visual effects.Create intro/outro sequences, lower thirds, and visual templates for consistent branding.Sync motion graphics with voiceovers, music, and sound effects.Content CollaborationWork closely with content writers, designers, and the marketing team to translate scripts into visuals.Convert complex topics (child development, parenting guidance, etc.) into simple, visual learning experiences.Support the product team with in-app animations and UI motion elements.Brand & QualityEnsure all motion content aligns with brand style and visual identity.Maintain high visual quality, smooth animation, and professional editing standards.Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong expertise in:Adobe After EffectsAdobe Premiere ProIllustrator / PhotoshopExperience with 2D animation, typography animation, and explainer videos.Ability to work with vector assets and storyboards.Good to HaveExperience with character animationKnowledge of UI animation for appsFamiliarity with Lottie animations or lightweight mobile animationsBasic sound design and video color gradingExperience3–7 years of motion graphics or animation experience.Strong portfolio of animated videos or motion projects.Key TraitsWe value people who are:Strong visual storytellersDetail-oriented in animation qualityFast and efficient with editing workflowsAble to translate complex ideas into simple visualsExample Projects You’ll Work OnAnimated parenting explainer videosInstagram reels and social media animationsMotion graphics for learning modulesApp onboarding animationsEducational child development visual explainersPortfolio RequirementPlease share:3–5 motion graphics projectsExamples of explainer or educational animations
