Job descriptionLooking for a Desktop Support Engineer who has experience in Windows environment.Skillset:Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Desktop Engineer with min 2 years exp and who can join with us immediately.Experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting of Applications Operating systems Windows 10,11 MAC OS.Basic Knowledge on managing Active Directory Users computers and Group policies.Adding workstation to domain, giving respective privileges to users on workstation and installation of softwares according to the users requirement.Installation, configuration troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook and managing PSTs OSTs.Basic Knowledge on Office 365 management.Managing antivirus endpoints in user systems and basic knowledge on Antivirus administration.Performing system maintenance tasks such as applying patches, AV scans, Disk defragmentation, Disk cleanup etc. Installation Configuration of Network printers, Scanners and basic troubleshooting over remote.Basic Knowledge in Ubuntu LinuxBasic Network KnowledgeHandling the day to day backup activities.Maintaining the inventory of PCs and other IT assets.Providing telephonic and remote support to users by using remote desktop tools.Co-ordinating with Vendors for system hardware and other application issues.Good communication skills are mandatory.Preferred candidate profile Locations - Wada, Palghar District, Mumbai and ThaneWoking Shift : General ShiftWorking Days - Monday to Saturday (6 Days)Interested candidates please share your CV to Immediate Joiners are preferred.
