ABOUT THE ROLE • Will be responsible for finding and building strategic partnerships with Builders. • Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities for growth. • Identifying and executing innovative ideas for expansion. • Responsible for maintaining the records of old and new developers to execute alliance strategy for business growth at a high pace. • Host and coordinate events for developer customers. • Should have good negotiation skills and ability to close deals on spot, while setting up meetings with the developers. • Meet and coordinate with the design team to build lucrative packages to offer the developers. • Build report and convince senior executives, promoters and developers. - Ensure daily targets are met and regular follow up details are being maintained.
