Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager - Proactive Sales, located in Bengaluru. The role involves proactively identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. The role also includes creating and executing sales plans, conducting client visits, representing the hotel in industry and networking events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with the hotel's business goals. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel sales and a strong understanding of the hospitality industryAbility to develop and implement effective sales strategiesStrong client relationship management and negotiation skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze market trends and leverage insights to drive salesFamiliarity with sales tools, CRM software, and proficiency in relevant technologyProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver excellent results under tight deadlinesA proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to achieve targetsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in proactive sales within the hospitality sector is mandatory
