Marketing Lab needs more Meta Superstars!Role OverviewAs a Meta Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for D2C brands.This role requires strong analytical skills, understanding of creative strategy, and the ability to scale accounts profitably while maintaining target ROAS/CAC.Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Execution & OptimizationLaunch and manage Meta ad campaigns (Prospecting, Retargeting, Scaling)Set up structured campaigns aligned with brand goalsDaily monitoring of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM)Budget allocation and scaling based on performance trendsPerform structured A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages2. Scaling & Performance StrategyDevelop scaling frameworks for D2C brandsIdentify winning creatives and build scale plansImplement horizontal and vertical scaling strategiesWork closely with CRO and creative teams for performance improvements3. Data & ReportingTrack and analyze performance dataIdentify patterns and optimization opportunitiesPrepare weekly and monthly performance reportsMaintain accurate campaign documentation4.
