1. Post Cash items to MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform), including Payoffs, Payments received in office, Cash Reversals2. Respond to Cash questions via our internal cash chat from Customer Relations and other internal departments3. Review Cash Management email inbox and respond to questions/requests4. Process assigned Tasks via MSP (Corporate Advance Creation, Funds Application, Reversal, Generate Specialty Payoff Quotes)5. Review Daily Edit Reject and Reversal Reports and perform appropriate actions per the job procedure6. Process Stop Payments on MSP Disbursements.
