Designation: Junior scientist- R & DLocation:- Greater Noidai) Key role on the organization:1) To execute the experimental works on R&D projects.2) analysis of outside sample for valuation.3) carry out trial runs to ensure the suitability of new material for plant4) proper handling of chemical, glassware and equipment for trials.5) preparing document for experimental details in excel sheets and report submission within the assigned timeframe.6) observation of experimental trials.7) participation in the weekly meetings.8) reading books and journal for understanding the process.ii) Key result areas1. On-time completion of experimental tasks for the R&D projects.2. Proper documentation of experimental data on day-by-day basis.3. Cooperation with the R&D and analytical team.iv) Competency profile:1. Basic understanding of inorganic and solution chemistry.2. General idea of analytical chemistry with hand-on analytical experience is a plus.3. Good communication skill. and a team player.4. Planning and time management.5. Proper documentation, data analysis, and familiar to MS-office package.6. Experimental skill for research projects.7. Strong academic background with passion for research and innovation.v) Qualification and experience:M.Sc. Chemistry (inorganic/analytical/industrial) with up to 2 years of experience in metal recovery from any research institute /industrial research lab.
