Role Overview: We are looking for an L&D professional who will drive and coordinate training initiatives. The role focuses on building capability through structured learning, while ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and knowledge.Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and coordinate training programsPartner with business leaders to identify training needsDesign and implement learning calendars, modules, and development initiativesEnsure content is updated with current market trends, tools, and industry best practicesTrack training effectiveness, participation, and learning outcomesCoordinate with internal/external trainers and manage end-to-end training logisticsDrive continuous learning culture through knowledge-sharing sessions and initiativesKey Requirements:3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training CoordinationExposure to accounting, Sustainability/ESG, valuation, or technology domains is preferredStrong stakeholder management and coordination skillsAbility to stay updated with industry trends and translate them into learning interventionsExcellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred Skills:Experience in LMS platformsStrong project management and execution skillsPassion for learning, development, and people growth
