This role is critical to guaranteeing the consistency and robustness of our electric motorcycle platform. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, internal engineering teams, and manufacturing partners to build a world-class, defect-free supply chain and support rapid product scaling.What You’ll DoOwn supplier quality management across designated commodities (plastics, sheet metal, castings, electronics, powertrain components, etc.).Qualify and approve new suppliers through process audits, product audits, and quality system audits.Review and approve APQP/PPAP documentation including PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, Process Capability (Cp/Cpk), and Dimensional Reports.Define and implement incoming inspection standards to ensure defect-free supplied parts.Lead root-cause analysis for supplier-related defects, line rejections, and field issues using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other problem-solving tools.Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure with suppliers.Support new product introduction by evaluating supplier readiness, process capability, and equipment adequacy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Vehicle Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure component feasibility and robustness.Maintain supplier performance dashboards (PPM, DPPM, Audit Scores, OTD) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Work with suppliers to implement poka-yoke systems, process controls, and quality improvement roadmaps.Manage NCRs, deviation requests, and engineering change implementations with suppliers.Support homologation and compliance requirements for supplier parts in line with AIS and EV standards.What You Bring3–7 years of experience in supplier quality, SQA, SQE, or supplier development within automotive, EV, or high-volume manufacturing.Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and quality core tools.Hands-on experience conducting supplier audits and qualifying new supplier processes.Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, casting, sheet metal forming, machining, harnessing, or PCB/electronics assembly.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.Familiarity with standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AIS standards, and EV component quality requirements.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with global suppliers and internal teams.BenefitsCompetitive salary aligned with experience.Company-sponsored healthcare plan.Opportunity to build and scale the supplier ecosystem for a next-generation EV platform.Work with a world-class team of engineers and innovators driving the trillion-dollar transition of the global two-wheeler market.
