As we expand to support more customers and grow our AI capabilities, we’re looking for a Sales Automation Manager to join our team.In this role, you’ll work closely with the GTM and product teams — helping us bring our AI tool to more customers, supporting demos, and accelerating our go-to-market efforts. You’ll contribute across sales and marketing, identify the right customer personas, and play a key role in shaping how we scale our reach.About the roleWe’re looking for a hands-on, driven Sales Automation Manager to join our operations team. You’ll play a critical role in executing our go-to-market strategy — identifying leads, building campaigns, and helping communicate the value of our AI product to enterprise customers.What You’ll DoOwn the GTM & Sales Tech Stack and being responsible to execute our go-to-market strategy across sales and marketing.Work closely with the GTM team to identify priorities and targets for marketing campaigns.Identify and source high-potential accounts and relevant personas across target industries.Be at the forefront of sourcing, enriching, and structuring lead data to support outbound and inbound outreach.Track and evaluate sourcing effectiveness to inform GTM strategy and iteratively align evolving priorities.Help identify and reach out to pilot customers (e.g. via LinkedIn, email, or industry events).Assist in creating outreach materials, case studies, and lead generation efforts.About YouYou’ve recently (1-4y experience) completed a Master’s degree, or hold a Bachelor’s with some relevant experience (internships, sales/marketing roles, or SaaS exposure).You’re a structured thinker who enjoys digging into customer data, identifying patterns, and finding opportunities.You’re tech-savvy and comfortable working with modern tools for outreach, CRM, and lead sourcing.You’re curious and confident reaching out to new people — whether over LinkedIn, email, or in person at events.You’re excited about AI and how it’s reshaping software and enterprise productivity.You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and want to make a real impact from day one.Nice to haveExposure to QA, software testing, or SaaS go-to-market motions.Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and sales tools like Apollo, Clay, etc.Interest in AI/ML-powered products and how they create enterprise value.Experience in a startup, consulting, or high-growth tech environment.
