Warehouse Coordinator – Offshore OperationsLocation: Pipavav, GujaratCompany: OCS ServicesIndustry: Offshore Oil & Gas / Marine LogisticsWe are looking for a highly capable Warehouse Coordinator to lead our Pipavav shore base operations, supporting offshore assets in a safety‑critical and time‑sensitive environment.This role is ideally suited for professionals with strong experience in Indian port operations, offshore logistics, warehouse management, and regulatory compliance, who are looking to take ownership of a critical operational hub.As Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for compliance, logistics coordination, stakeholder management, and operational excellence in a highly regulated offshore environment.You will also act as the local company representative in Pipavav for the end‑to‑end management of shore base operations, ensuring smooth coordination between offshore team, vessels, vendors, authorities and client, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency.About UsOCS Services is a leading provider of Operations & Maintenance, Asset Integrity Management, and Integrated Crew Management solutions to the global offshore energy industry.Established as a joint venture between Planet Energy and BW Offshore, OCS supports long‑term offshore production assets across Singapore, India, UAE, Brazil, Côte d’Ivoire, and Nigeria.We are driven by four core values: Trust · Driven · Care · InnovationLearn more: You Will DoAs Warehouse Coordinator, you will: Lead and manage daily operations of the Pipavav shore base, warehouse, and personnelEnsure full compliance with Indian statutory requirements, port regulations, and company HSEQ standardsLiaise with Port Authorities, Client, CHA, Coast Guard, flag state representatives, local officials, and fishing communitiesCoordinate logistics and material movements between shore base, jetty, OSVs, and offshore platformPlan and execute material dispatch and receipt to meet offshore operational timelinesManage warehouse operations, inventory control, storage spare parts, and safe material handlingCoordinate closely with offshore materials coordinators, client base managers, vendors, and procurement teamsOversee GST-related processes including invoicing, documentation, returns, and coordination with finance and tax consultants in accordance to the new GST lawMaintain accurate personnel and vendor records in D365, SAP, or equivalent systemsDeliver budgeting, cost control, and preparation of monthly operational and HSEQ reportsPromote a strong safety and compliance culture and participate in emergency response preparedness What We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ hand-on experience in shore base, warehouse, port, or logistics operationsExposure to handling MHE/MHU and specialized equipment preferredGood understanding of material movements, vessel coordination, and vendor managementStrong leadership and decision-making capabilityExcellent coordination and communication skills in fluent English (spoken and written)Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and authoritiesStructured, safety-focused, and detail-oriented approachComfortable working in a fast-paced, operational offshore support environmentWhy Join OCS Services?At OCS Services, we support critical offshore operations with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
