Assists in design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to specific projects and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements. May be involved with the configuration and maintenance of physical and logical network components. Additionally, this position may play an integral role in more complex system integration testing and evaluation within specific technology area of responsibility. Roles & Responsibilities:1. IT Inventory management (Hardware, Software, Etc.)2. IT Vendor Co-ordination and contract management3. Server and storage administration, networking/firewall administration, active directory administration4. End user support at all locations of the co. using ITSM / Service Desk Tool (any industry recognised)5. Backup, Risk, Availability, Vulnerability Scan, End Point Setup and Compliance6. HP/CISCO Networking basic, NetApp SAN/NAS storage administration, IT Security (ISO27001 and TISAX) 7. Datacenter / Server Room Setup and maintenance8. Systems monitoring and documentation of SOP, Configurations, Monthly MIS, Etc.9. IT Infrastructure audit compliance and enforcements assuming the local on-site CISO role for external customers10. Supports IIOT and OT projects towards digitalisationExperience:5-7 Years relevant work experience. Engineering Diploma, BE / B-Tech.
