In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This role requires expertise in bulk hiring, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead and scale recruitment teams while building robust talent pipelines.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and drive strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals in a high-growth startup environmentLead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and delivery against hiring targetsOwn and execute bulk hiring initiatives across multiple functions and geographiesPartner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and translate them into actionable hiring plansBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligenceIdentify and engage passive candidates through networking, research, and innovative sourcing strategiesEnsure a best-in-class candidate experience across all touchpointsDrive offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding for new hiresLeverage recruitment analytics and data insights to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and turnaround timeContinuously optimize recruitment processes to meet the demands of a fast-paced and evolving environmentRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field5 - 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to bulk hiring in startup or high-growth environmentsProven track record of successfully managing and scaling recruitment teamsStrong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationDemonstrated ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight timelinesStrategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent understanding of recruitment strategies, talent mapping, and workforce planningStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skillsExperience with recruitment metrics, analytics, and data-driven hiring approachesSelf-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
