Role PurposeWe are looking for an SAP Business One Support Executive to provide functional and technical support for SAP B1 users across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting issues, supporting day-to-day operations, assisting with system enhancements, and ensuring smooth business processes across finance, sales, inventory, and production modules.DeliverablesProvide L1/L2 support for SAP Business One usersTroubleshoot and resolve SAP B1 functional and technical issuesHandle user queries related to modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production.Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and integrityCoordinate with SAP partners or developers for bug fixes and enhancementsSupport SAP B1 add-ons, integrations, and reportsAssist in system upgrades, patches, and testing activitiesCreate and maintain user documentation and SOPsTrain end users and provide ongoing system guidancePerform regular database checks and basic SQL queries.Non-negotiablesBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field1–4 years of experience supporting SAP Business OneStrong understanding of SAP B1 functional modulesKnowledge of SQL queries for creation of Reports / Data.Experience with SAP B1 add-ons.Good problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and user-handling abilitiesSAP Business One certificationExperience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution domainsExposure to SAP B1.Ability to work independently and in a teamTime management and multitaskingAttention to detail
