This role focuses on MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation to help track performance and improve operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reportsAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insightsCreate and manage dashboards, trackers, and performance reportsCollect, clean, and validate data from multiple sourcesEnsure accuracy and consistency across all reportsSupport stakeholders with ad-hoc reporting and data requestsAutomate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiencyMaintain proper documentation of reports and data sourcesRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or Computer Science)Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis / MIS / reporting roles (mandatory)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)Good analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesBasic communication skills for stakeholder interactionAdded AdvantageExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization toolsBasic knowledge of SQLFamiliarity with Power Query, Macros, or automation toolsExposure to business systems such as ATS, CRM, or reporting platformsUnderstanding of performance metrics and reportingKey CompetenciesData-driven mindsetStructured thinkingOwnership and accountabilityContinuous learning attitudeTeam collaboration
