The firm is deeply committed to delivering tailored, pragmatic solutions to meet the unique needs of its clients.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Associate Advocate (PQE 3+ years) for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, with a focused exposure to IBC and commercial litigation/advisory.The role will involve:Handling matters before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and other relevant forumsDrafting pleadings, applications, replies, rejoinders, and transaction documentsAssisting in CIRP proceedings, resolution plans, and insolvency strategyConducting legal research and preparing briefs, case notes, and opinionsAppearing in court/tribunals and assisting in hearingsAdvising clients on commercial disputes, contracts, and regulatory issuesCoordinating with clients, counsel, and other stakeholdersActively contributing to case strategy and executionQualifications & RequirementsMinimum 3 years PQE, preferably in IBC, insolvency litigation, or commercial disputesStrong drafting skills, particularly in IBC pleadings and commercial documentationWorking knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, and allied lawsExperience appearing before NCLT/NCLAT/High Courts preferredStrong legal research and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication, articulation, and client-handling skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple matters efficientlyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsLL.B. degree and enrollment with a Bar CouncilPrior experience in a litigation-focused law firm or insolvency practice will be preferred. Interested applicants may apply by sending their CV, along with a brief statement of relevant experience, to:
