Junior Architect – Luxury ResidentialExperience: 1–3 Years (Minimum 2 Years Preferred)Location: Delhi NCRIndustry: Luxury Residential DevelopmentRole OverviewWe are seeking a design-oriented and motivated Junior Architect to support the design and execution of luxury residential projects, premium builder floors, and private villas.The role involves assisting in architectural planning, preparation of drawings, and project documentation, while working closely with senior architects and consultants to ensure smooth project development and execution.This position is ideal for architects who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about high-end residential design.Key Responsibilities• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings for luxury residential projects.• Support the design team in design development, architectural detailing, and documentation.• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and basic renderings to support project presentations.• Assist in developing presentation drawings, diagrams, and design visuals.• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants for design integration.• Assist in the preparation of sanction drawings and approval documentation as per local building regulations.• Support the preparation of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and drawing revisions.• Participate in site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress to ensure adherence to architectural drawings.• Assist in reviewing materials, finishes, and architectural details during project execution.• Maintain organized project documentation, drawing updates, and revision records.Key Skills & Competencies• Strong understanding of residential architecture and space planning• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction documentation• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Enscape, D5, or Lumion• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or similar presentation tools• Good coordination and communication skills• Strong attention to detail and design qualityQualifications• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)• 1–3 years of professional experience in residential architecture or real estate projects• Experience working on builder floors, villas, or premium residential projects will be preferred• Exposure to working drawings, detailing, and construction documentation will be an advantage• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in architecture studios or residential design firmsPortfolio RequirementApplicants should submit a portfolio showcasing:• Residential design projects• Architectural drawings and layouts• 3D models or visualizations• Academic or professional design workPortfolios should clearly demonstrate the candidate’s individual contribution to the projects presented.What We Look ForWe look for architects who are curious, design-sensitive, and committed to developing strong architectural skills.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about working on high-quality luxury residential projects while learning from experienced architects and consultants.
