Our group long- term relationships include global companies like Unilever and TATA.Job Summary:The International Sales Manager – Southeast Asia will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing distributor networks, and expanding market presence across Southeast Asian countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Philippines.The role involves managing channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with key customers in the region.Duties & Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute regional sales strategies for Southeast Asia.Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets.Identify and appoint new distributors/agents in untapped markets.Explore new product opportunities and market segments.2. Channel & Distributor ManagementManage and support existing distributors.Monitor distributor performance and KPIs.Conduct regular business reviews and joint sales planning.Ensure timely collections and credit control.3. Market ExpansionConduct market research and competitor analysis.Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.Build relationships with key accounts, laboratories, hospitals, or industrial clients (as per industry).4. Pricing & NegotiationPrepare export quotations and proposals.Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing structures.Coordinate with logistics for smooth export operations.5. Reporting & ForecastingProvide monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports.Analyze sales data and market trends.Share region-wise performance reports with management.Required Skills:· 8+ years of Export sales experience.· Experience in Life Science and Scientific products sales and marketing would be preferred.· Experience in working with consumable supplies to Diagnostic Labs, Universities, and hospitals would be preferred.· Extensive travel required to various locations across the allocated regions.· Provide Competitive data on pricing, USP, and marketing of the markets.· Should have some basic knowledge of the life sciences market size and process of a sale.· High Analytical skills. Experience handling Southeast Asian markets is mandatory.Qualification:B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Zoology / Chemistry / Biochemistry / Life Science.Bachelors/ Master in business administration, sales, or relevant field.Previous experience in technical salesPrevious Life Science industry experienceExperience:8+ years in the same field of Life Science / Biotechnology.Interested Candidates, please share your updated CV at Salary: 9,00,000 - 12,00,000 Lakh P.A.
