Appleby HR is hiring Visitor/Tourist Visa Counselor on behalf of our client - ESPI Eduvoyage Limited. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Visitor/Tourist Visa Counselor to join the team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Visa processing for multiple countries, offering expert guidance and support to clients throughout the visa application process.Key Responsibilities:·     Provide end-to-end guidance for visa applications across all countries.·     Assess client eligibility based on visa requirements and provide appropriate consultation.·     Assist clients in preparing and reviewing documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.·     Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, procedures, and requirements for various countries.·     Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for smooth processing.·     Keep clients informed about application status and address their queries promptly.·     Follow up on pending cases and maintain proper records of client files.·     Meet monthly targets and contribute to business growth through high-quality client service.Requirements:·     Minimum 1-4 years of experience as a Visa Counselor, preferably in tourist and business visas.·     Strong knowledge of visa rules for countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Schengen, Australia, UAE, and others.·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·     Ability to handle multiple client cases efficiently and with attention to detail.·     Proficiency in MS Office and visa application portals.·     Customer-service orientation and problem-solving attitude.
