Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, callsShare pricing, timelines, and process detailsCoordinate with warehouse & accounts teamSend invoices and follow up on paymentsProvide tracking updates and resolve issuesMaintain customer records and order detailsRequirements 1–2 years in customer support / operationsStrong communication (written + verbal)Ability to handle multiple chats efficientlyBasic understanding of logistics is a plusSkillsProblem-solving attitudeAttention to detailPatience & professionalism
