Job SummaryPracticeSuite is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interface Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of healthcare data interfaces. This role is critical in ensuring seamless data exchange between internal systems and external partners such as EHRs, clearinghouses, and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience working in a US healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end lifecycle of interface development, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenanceManage and mentor a team of interface engineers and analystsOversee integration of systems using standards such as HL7, X12, and APIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and client success to ensure successful interface implementationsAct as the primary point of contact for interface-related client communications and escalationsEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)Monitor interface performance and proactively troubleshoot issuesMaintain comprehensive documentation for all interfaces and processesCoordinate with US-based stakeholders during shift hours for real-time support and updatesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field6–10 years of experience in healthcare integrations or interface managementStrong hands-on experience with HL7, X12, FHIR, and API integrationsExperience with interface engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody)Proven experience in team leadership or management rolesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skills, with the ability to interact with US clientsExperience working with US healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR, billing, or practice management systemsFamiliarity with cloud platforms and modern integration technologiesPrior experience working in US shift or supporting US clientsKey SkillsInterface Architecture & IntegrationHealthcare Data Standards (HL7, FHIR, X12)Team Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementTroubleshooting & Performance OptimizationCommunication & Client HandlingWork EnvironmentOn-site role based in Navi MumbaiRequires working in US shiftCollaborative and fast-paced environment with global exposureWhy Join PracticeSuiteOpportunity to work with a fast-growing healthcare technology companyExposure to US healthcare systems and clientsCareer growth and leadership opportunitiesDynamic and innovative work culture
