About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Last Mile Executive to support and execute last mile delivery operations in Bangalore. This role involves coordinating with delivery partners, tracking shipments in real-time, resolving exceptions, and ensuring seamless B2B deliveries. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high service levels, optimizing delivery timelines, and supporting customer satisfaction through efficient last-mile execution.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily last mile dispatches with 3PL partners and internal fleet teamsMonitor real-time delivery tracking and resolve delivery exceptions/escalationsSupport route planning and suggest improvements based on ground realitiesEnsure timely pickups and deliveries aligned with SLAsCollaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams for smooth order handoversMaintain daily MIS and assist in preparing delivery performance dashboardsAssist in field audits, hub visits, and vendor reviews when neededWho You Are:2–4 years of experience in last mile logistics, dispatch, or delivery operationsExperience in e-commerce, FMCG, or 3PL operations is mustFamiliarity with GPS tracking systems, route optimization tools, and ExcelStrong communication skills and ability to manage on-ground teams and partnersProblem-solver with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressureWilling to travel locally for audits or field supervision (up to 20%)What We Offer:A fast-paced, high-growth work environmentOpportunities to learn logistics technology toolsExposure to cross-functional operations and external partnersA culture that values ownership, accountability, and performance
