Role: Sr. Manager - Voice Communication ManagerExperience: 10+ YearsLocation: Chennai (WFO)JD:Team Management Experience – Must have handled a team of 10+ employees.Experience – Minimum 10 years in the relevant field.Mandatory Skill – Porta 1 experience is a must; candidates without it will not be considered.Joining Availability – Preferably on short notice (maximum 1 month).Sr. Manager – Delivery and Support: The Delivery & Support Manager will be responsible for ‘Customer Experience’Will support and manage existing customersWill work with presales and sales team to enhance and strengthen customer engagement by way of new products/services/new requirementsWill be responsible for retention of customers and enhancing journey with VIVAWill work closely with presales manager and deploy the solution as per agreement and POWill successfully complete the delivery, onboard the customer smoothly and start billingWill work closely with the CRM memberWill work closely with the billing department for zero error billing and to sort out billing disputesWill manage a team of minimum 10 Support Engineers on multiple shifts Experience Required: Experience in deployment and support of large/multi-location voice communication projects / customersExperience in Experience in Telco Grade Soft-Switch, Enterprise PBX (CISCO, AVAYA kind of) , SIP TrunkExperience in MS Teams , Google Workspace, Zoom telephony integrations/ FederationExperience in Cloud Telephony platformExperience in deployment of Enterprise Contact Center applications in large scaleExperience in Unified Communications delivery and supportExperience in delivery and support of Contact Center systemsGood in Hindi and English communication, presentationExperience in managing teams Value Additions but not mandatory:Experience in global interconnects/ carriers managementExperience in Networking, WAN, SDWANExperience in telecom billingExperience in designing and architecting enterprise communication
