Then do not hesitate to apply today!About The Job (Job Responsibilities):1) Cyber Architecture & MaturityDesign security architecture standards (NIST, ISO 27001); develop maturity models; establish baseline security levels; support enterprise architecture integration; provide infrastructure technology expertise (network, servers, data centre, cloud, endpoint).2) Identity & Access Management (IAM)Design IAM architecture; lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategy; establish just-in-time/just-enough-access principles; define MFA, RBAC, and segregation of duties standards; oversee PAM vendor selection and implementation.3) Disaster Recovery & Cyber RecoveryRecovery Develop DR/BC/cyber recovery strategies (RTO/RPO); design recovery architecture; coordinate with Continuity Manager and CISO on recovery planning; establish recovery testing and validation procedures.4) Configuration Management & HardeningDevelop configuration management framework and hardening standards (CIS Benchmarks, Microsoft baselines); establish change control processes; define baseline security levels; manage configuration exceptions.5) Risk & Vulnerability ManagementLead infrastructure risk assessments; identify and remediate cyber risks; coordinate vulnerability management processes; manage findings through resolution; report on risk metrics and trends.6) Security Awareness & CultureDrive security awareness within IM organization; facilitate knowledge-building and security-conscious culture; support company-wide awareness programs; measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.7) Incident Response & RecoveryServe as senior technical advisor for infrastructure incidents; participate in incident response team; define cyber recovery procedures; support SOC relationship management; lead post-incident reviews.8) Metrics & Continuous ImprovementDefine infrastructure security KPIs; create executive dashboards; report quarterly on security posture; identify improvement opportunities; benchmark against industry standards.9) Architecture DocumentationCreate/maintain security architecture diagrams and documentation; document architecture decisions; establish reference architectures; mentor junior architects; collaborate with CISO team.We believe you bring (Education & Experience):Significant experience in IT infrastructure areas including 12+ years in the many of the following:--Datacenter (Windows/Linux, Virtual/Physical, Hosted/Cloud (Azure), Storage/Backup/Recovery.-Experience with Dell CyberVault, VMware and Azure are especially Critical.-Network (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, SD-Wan, SolarWinds and Guardicore).-Workplace (Windows, Azure, AD, AZURE AD, Defender).-Cyber Experience (Security Operations, NIST Controls, Mitre, IRT and Cyber Recovery).-Cyber Technologies (Defender, UEBA, SIEM, Vulnerability Mgmt, OneIdentity).Experience working in large, global companies with complex IT/OT environments.Strong solution architecture experience related to information securityExperience working in the chemical or related high-risk industries preferredA bachelor’s degree or equivalent.CISSP, CISM, CCSK or equivalent cyber accreditation preferredProven experience working with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external IT suppliers.Effective communication skills, offline as well as online, comfortable with interactions at all levels of management.
