Role Overview This is a hybrid technical and customer-facing role. You will act as the technical bridge between OEM engineering teams and the company's solutions, supporting product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, validation activities, and early-stage technical engagement. This role is ideal for an embedded/automotive engineer who enjoys interacting with customers and wants to grow into a technical business leadership position.  Key Responsibilities Conduct technical product demonstrations for OEM and Tier-1 customers Support and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) in vehicle validation environments Work closely with customer R&D teams on vehicle network integration Analyze CAN/CAN FD data and support signal logging activities Assist customers in configuring and deploying data logging solutions Provide technical training and onboarding to customers Collaborate with headquarters engineering teams for complex technical support Identify early-stage project opportunities within OEM validation programs Support business development activities with strong technical credibility  Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field 4–7 years of experience in automotive embedded systems Hands-on experience with CAN / CAN FD Understanding of vehicle networks and ECU communication Experience with tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, ETAS, Kvaser, Intrepid or similar Exposure to automotive validation, testing, or HIL environments Strong troubleshooting skills Good communication skills in English  Preferred Qualifications Experience in EV systems (BMS, VCU, MCU, motor control) Knowledge of UDS, J1939, or automotive diagnostics Prior customer-facing or Field Application Engineer experience Experience supporting OEM R&D teams  What We Offer Opportunity to build technical presence in India High exposure to EV OEM ecosystem Strong career growth toward Technical Sales Lead / India Solution Lead Direct collaboration with European engineering teams Competitive compensation based on experience  Ideal Candidate We are looking for a technically strong engineer who enjoys customer interaction, problem solving, and building long-term technical relationships with OEM teams.
