This role requires strong expertise in purchase accounting, vendor payments, budgeting, and financial compliance. Key Responsibilities• Manage financial processes related to procurement and purchasing activities• Review and validate purchase orders and vendor invoices• Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain vendor reconciliations• Monitor procurement budgets and control purchase costs• Maintain accurate purchase accounting entries in ERP systems• Ensure compliance with GST and company financial policies• Prepare MIS reports related to purchase expenditure and vendor payments• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams Required Skills• Strong knowledge of purchase accounting and vendor management• Experience with ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, Zoho, or similar• Good understanding of GST and statutory compliance• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills• Proficiency in Excel and financial MIS reporting
