About the JobAs the Legal Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between the company and external legal agencies, ensuring that all documentation, contracts, and compliance matters are handled efficiently. While external counsel will manage complex issues, you will oversee day-to-day legal requirements, vet simpler matters in-house, and maintain compliance records. This role is designed to bring speed, accuracy, and oversight into our legal function.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.2–4 years of experience in legal coordination, compliance, or contracts management.Ability to review, vet, and draft simple contracts, agreements, and notices.Strong organizational and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Law (LLM) or additional certifications in corporate or real estate law.Prior experience in the real estate sector or with property documentation.Familiarity with RERA regulations, land titles, and due diligence processes.Ability to interface with external law firms and agencies effectively.ResponsibilitiesReview and draft contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and basic legal documents.Coordinate with external legal counsel and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Maintain an organized system of legal records, contracts, and compliance trackers.Support real estate documentation including agreements, land titles, and RERA-related filings.Identify legal risks and escalate where necessary.Equal Opportunity NoteAt Lilamani, we believe that diverse perspectives create stronger teams and better outcomes.
