Since 2019, the organization has leveraged cutting-edge AI technology and 3D printing to provide affordable, high-quality prosthetic limbs, improving mobility and quality of life for individuals who have lost limbs.Role OverviewThe Customer Success Officer (CSO) plays a critical frontline role in ensuring exceptional patient care, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. This position involves working directly at customer sites, supporting prosthetic fittings, training stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to standardized processes.The CSO acts as a bridge between patients, clients, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to post-delivery support while contributing to customer retention and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate onboarding and provide training on digital workflows to customer staff and traineesGuide patients through prosthetic fitting, usage, and careCoordinate with clinicians, technicians, and stakeholders for smooth service deliveryProvide on-site troubleshooting support for digital prosthetic fabrication and deliveryAssist in patient follow-ups and outcome assessmentsEnsure adherence to SOPs across clinical, production, and operational processesAct as the primary escalation point for on-ground issues and coordinate resolutionsMonitor device usage and collect patient/client feedback for improvementsMaintain accurate and complete documentation of all patient interactionsSupport account growth and expansion opportunitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics or Engineering0–2 years of experience in clinical or customer-facing healthcare rolesStrong understanding of prosthetics and orthotics processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of empathy and patient-centric approachAbility to work in field environments across diverse locationsStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detailTeam-oriented mindset for cross-functional collaborationPreferred QualificationsExperience in fabrication of laminated socketsKnowledge of pin-type sockets and soft insertsKey SkillsPatient Handling & CounselingClinical CoordinationCustomer Success & Relationship ManagementDocumentation & Process ComplianceField Operations Management
