The role involves managing all aspects of customer service related to sea import operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, managing documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. The Customer Service Executive will also be required to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.·       Graduate in any discipline.·       3 - 5 years of experience in Sea Import Customer Service / Operations.·       Knowledge of import documentation and customs clearance.·       Good communication and MS Office skills.·       Handle end-to-end sea import shipments (FCL / LCL).·       Coordinate with customers, CHA, shipping lines, CFS, and transporters.·       Check import documents and ensure timely customs clearance.·       Track shipment status and provide regular customer updates.·       Control detention/demurrage and resolve customer queries.·       Ensure compliance with customs regulations and SOPs.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teamsDemonstrated knowledge in Customer Support and Customer Service to address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptlyExperience in Customer Service Management and a proven track record in maintaining high levels of Customer SatisfactionProficiency in handling documentation related to sea import processesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time-management skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related fieldFamiliarity with sea import regulations and procedures is an advantage
